In other words we are working to build a more resiliant and robust athlete who can withstand the stress of being a hockey player. Hockey is a collision based sport and research shows players go through "mini car accidents" on the ice everytime they are hit. Are they prepared for that?
Sessions are 60-90min depending on daily focus. Each day we address mobility, stability, coordination, agility, power, and strength through a variety of movements and exercises.
This 10-week program starts Tuesday 6/2 and ends on Thursday 8/6.

A well-designed system enables the trainer to easily make adjustments for the clients based on their limitations, injuries, or training level. A progressive program for young athletes (and non-athletes) that focuses on speed, jumping, and overall strength through fun, age-appropriate training sessions. Students learn fundamental skills and proper technique while developing safe exercise habits and measurable athletic progress. Activities are adapted to all skill levels.
